My friend is 22 years old, and she started sexual intercouse. Sometimes she opt not to use a condom, so she started birth control with oral contraceptives. But she has too many side effects. Is that normal? What are the best alternatives for birth control? My best regards

Safe and simple is condom. Abstinence in fertile period Pills which are with less side effects.and lower dose. Consultant the doctor and discuss.
