I have diagnosed with hypotonic neurogenic bladder. I have slow urine flow some time medium. There is no permenant cure for this in allopathy or surgery. Is there any permenant cure for hypotonic bladder in ayurveda or homeopathy. Please struggling from 1.5 years went to many hospitals. Please suggest options if available thank you
