Dear Doctor, I have a jaw pain on both the sides. I am attaching OPG X Ray Report for your reference which i got it done yesterday. I have the habit of biting my cheek and tongue regularly. Please guide what to be done.

Fist of all this is not a good opg pls repeat it and for your situation a dentist trained  in tmd may be of help in making a tmd splint

In opg,disc displacement noted on both right and left sides of tmj.mucle relaxants along with corticosteroids has to be taken to relieve pain. Physiotherapy and dietary restrictions has to be followed. You can consult through this for prescription of medication.
