What is the primary concern if you can elaborate on that it would be more helpful to give guidance looks like you have pain on right lower back teeth which might need a root canal treatment soon

Hellp patient, First thing is you haven't told us what problem you are facing so how cum we can guide properly. What I have seen is you need to go for root canal of 2-3 teeth and you need to get artificial teeth. Rest all things can be told if you provided clinical photographs
