Hey i wanted to know are these hole serious
And is laser necessary and for how much can i delay it ?
And why these hole happened as my eye number is -2 in both the eye

Laser is definitely necessary for these kinds of holes. Please get it done as soon as possible to prevent chances of retinal detachment.
Retinal holes can occur in some myopic patients. There's nothing you've done to cause it.

Laser is absolutely necessary to prevent any further damage to the retina or detachment of retina to be specific. Please do not delay it.
Such weak spots/holes are very common in people who are myopic(the ones having minus number) It's not because of something that you have done.
