I was not facing any pimples but started facing problem of open pores and nowadays because of heat I got red pimples on my whole face and having burning sensation because of that. What should I do please suggest if there is any home remedy and which face cream should I use. My skin is too sensitive it reacts very easily so please do suggest. Thanks
