I am 25 yr old girl. I have irregular one sided headache and many a time it gets severe.

A detailed Medical history may help in finding out the cause of your pain. Whether it aggravates on exposure to light, sound etc. Is there any nausea and vomiting?? Possibility of migraine needs to be evaluated and accordingly managed. Best wishes
