I have been suffering from blocked nose for 2 years and some times i have pain in nose too. Due to nose i can't sleep properly some time am overthinking

Blocked nose can occur due to deviated nasal septum/nasal polyp/mass.. need to be confirmed by local examination.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
