There's one white pimple kind of spot on the palm of my hand. It's been 4 or 6 weeks now. But its not going away. I am attaching a picture of it.

Hello It is milia. It occurs due to deposition of keratin and dead cell. It is harmless structure.
Next Steps
Apply sebonac gel at bedtime for 1 month. if it still persist then u should visit nearby Dermatologist clinic. it can be removed.
