One of my teeth turning red

My teeth turning red. I recently visited doctor but he is saying to go for implantation or denture. I don't have any pain yet. can we have any medication for this.

Is this red discoloration generalized or only 1 tooth is involved. If general then no need to implantation. But if 1 tooth then it should be treated. To retain natural tooth it can be root canaled & then crowned.
