My one month old daughter is suffering from cold and sneezing. She is been throwing out small amounts of milk after feeds for over 2 days now. Her paediatrician suggested T Minic drops 0.3 ml three times a day. Not sure if she is been throwing up because of the medicine working, probably the cold is getting out. There is ghor ghor sound coming as well. Please suggest if the drops provided will ease out her cold. Also is Woodward's Gripe Water safe to be given to my one month old baby..

Throwing up is maybe Due to overfeeding . feed the baby Only on demand. The sound is may be due to nasal block.Use nasoclear nasal drops for nasal block. One drop in both nose morning afternoon night
