One month old baby boy is not ready sleep since 20hours why? Any suggestions on how to make him comfortable sleep any serious concern or something like natural???

Ensure that you give breastfeeds at regular gaps of atleast 2 to 2-1/2 hours,nothing else by mouth,burp him for atleast 10 mins after every feed. Make sure that the bedroom is cool and comfortable and quiet,same for clothing.
