One bumpy ride in bus

2024-12-20 10:25:45
I an 22 weeks pregnant and recently went in bus and the driver ran over a speed breaker very fast which caused a big jerking. I dont have any abnormal symptoms but scared if i should get checked for baby's health. Please suggest for symptoms that i should look for or be worried about.

Please get your sonography of the abdomen for foetal wellbeing and consult a Gynaecologist for a physical examination. I presume you didn't have any bleeding or pain.

I would suggest to avoid travel on uneven roads or longer hours. By now, you should be able to feel baby movements . Keep a track of your baby movements . If you start having abdominal pain, spotting or bleeding, no baby movements, please visit hospital immediately
