My brother in-law got black dots or black patches on his penise, before this is in small size..his think It will decrease..but now that black dots speeding more now he is worried.he is bachelor.in future he will get married...we are attached photo clips plz advice ...which doctor we will meet .I mean dermatologist or sexologist or other..and it will any problem ...and it is in which stage.plz help us sir... humble request to concerned doctors..give a kind reply Thankyou sir.
