On dinogest 2 mg for endometriosis cyst

Since 6-7 weeks, I'm taking dinogest 2 mg oral for conservative treatment of right ovarian endometriosis cyst (5x4 cm). I am having dark bloody vaginal discharge every other week and it lasts for a week. My breasts have gone so tender that I can't lie down with my face down, especially with right breast. It feels like stone insides the breast that I can't even scratch my underarms or touch them. Is this serious side effect of dinogest ? Haven't got the due periods yet.

If ovarian cyst is an incidental finding and there were no symptoms In case u had severe pain and you wanted pain management then surgery would be a better option as cyst size is more than 3/4cmOther option would be a medical oophotectomy with GNRH analogoue
