A year and a half ago, I was doing a gymnastics skill and landed on my upper/ middle part of my back. I went to the emergency room where an x-ray was done,revealing nothing. The doctor there dismissed me because it was a bruise. The pain went away in a week. However, like every month, the pain resumes for a couple days and then goes away. When the pain comes back, it hurts as much as the day I first had it. It is right on my spine and it feels like something is pushing my spine out of my body
