I have been diagonosed as ome in both ears. What is the cure..audiometry test was normal and tympanometry said absence of accoustic reflex normal middle ear pressure and low compliance

OME usually recover within 4 to 8 weeks It is pertinent to know why you had OME Predisposing factors like chronic sinusitis , allergic rhinitis need to be addressed too
