Yes. IUI may increase your chances of getting pregnant because they will prepare the semen before it is injected into the uterus.

You should undergo IUI in order to conceive early.
But before starting IUI, make sure your fallopian tubes are tested for patency.
Also get your husband examined to determine the cause of reduced sperm count. If any reversible cause is found, his sperm count will improve with medications.
Next Steps
Undergo an HSG or diagnostic laparo hysteroscopy to determine tubal patency and then go for IUI.
