Old tommy keeps talking to me. I have been telling him to shut up for awhile but it doesnt work like it use too. The thoughts keep comming and he keeps talking. He tells me to do things to people im around but i wont do it, i cant. The thoughts can be fantasy scenarios if nobody is around. I saw a psychatrist once and she said personality disorder and clusters. I get headaches from all the thinking. Im tired of it.
