Old age problems and general cold

He has cold problem, normal swelling from 2 days and problem in normal walk in, generally he is fit and fine no problems except cold. Healthy body and healthy diet. He stopped walk in from last one year when we shifted our new home, may be that effect more on body. As of now he is suffering from cold and stop eating food, looking for some helpful advise.
