My sis is 16week pregnant and underwent OGCT test where doctor had asked to take lunch at 12PM and 75gm of oral glucose at 1PM and the test result is 145 Is it dangerous... please advice some solution to control

After 2 hours of 75 gm Glucose intake sugar levels should be less than 140 More than that is gestational diabetes
