Having Foul smelling in genital region from so many days and then increases after every urination and wash with normal water. I maintain hygiene very well and the smell is ammoniacal. Smell is transferring to clothes wherever I sit like to chair or bed. Feeling very awkward and embarrassing infront of others.no symptoms of urinary tract infections,itching,rashes. No usage of medicines and topical creams. I doesn't use tight tight underwear. I maintain hydration verywell. Plz help me out what to do ...
