Anxiety which is not dealt with and undiagnosed causes obsessive thoughts which eventually lead to compulsive behaviour or OCD in many cases. It is helpful to understand as to why you are feeling anxious, what is the root cause of your stress, worry or anxiety. I would strongly suggest counselling and hypnotherapy.
