I have severe ocd . My symptoms are i keep asking or telling the same question repeatedly. Doctor prescribed me uvox cr 100 mg twice daily, feliz s10 at night, risdone ls and clonotril 0.5. Earlier i was not taking feliz s 10 it is newly added after taking it at night my sleep cycle breaks i wake up at night 2 times. So can i take feliz s 10 at morning?

Ideally sleep issue should not occur with feliz s 10
But if ur sure that after medication sleep is disturbed ,
U can take feliz s10 in the morning
No worries

Feliz S 10 (escitalopram) can sometimes cause sleep disturbance, light sleep, or night awakenings in the initial weeks. In many patients, shifting it to morning after breakfast helps reduce this problem. However, since you are already on multiple psychiatric medications for OCD, do not change timing abruptly without informing your treating psychiatrist. Continue medicines regularly, avoid reassurance-seeking compulsions, and combine treatment with CBT/ERP therapy, which is highly effective for repetitive questioning and severe OCD symptoms.

Yes, you can consider shifting Feliz S 10 (escitalopram) to the morning—but with a couple of important points.
Escitalopram can sometimes cause sleep disturbance (early awakening, light sleep, frequent waking) in some people, especially when newly started. Since your sleep started breaking after adding it at night, the timing is very likely the cause. Taking it in the morning often helps reduce this problem because its mild activating effect then works during daytime instead of disturbing sleep.
However, don’t change it abruptly on your own if possible. Ideally, inform your doctor—but in practical terms, shifting it from night to morning is generally safe and commonly done.
Since clonazepam + risperidone already help with sleep, keeping escitalopram at night is not essential
