If sertraline 200 mg can cure 80 % ocd then sertraline 100 mg can cure 40 % ocd what is the relation between dosage and cure percentage

There is no relationship between dosage and cure percentage. In OCD dosage are usually at a higher range. OCD can affect anyone and it can be treated with medication and behavior therapy. Combination of both is more effective.

There is no such rule. It's completely different. OCD Severity is calculated by YBOCS scale. If there is good response to a medication we increase its dose to max tolerating dose to see a subclinical OCD . If that fails we augment. In OCD more than 30 percentage changes in YBOCS we call as response. Then we increase . Max sertraline permitted dose is 300 mg. The we augment.
