I had a filling done previous month there is a black spot on my teeth after the filling and it's been there for a month I feel occasional tooth sensitivity what could be the reason??

It can be a chipped off tooth filling or secondary caries.  You need to visit a dentist for clinical evaluation and appropriate management of your problem.

Secondary caries near filling can be a reason.. May be there is chipping in filling... Please get it checked and if needed re filling has to be done

I think you are having micro leakage in your restoration.undetectable passage of bacteria, fluids, between tooth and the restorative or filling material. It’s causing dentinal sensitivity.
