Occasional Lower Backpain

Sometimes I get bad pain in my lower back which restricts by movement specially when I try to get up or straighten my back. These days it has become very frequent ie almost everyday. It persists for 15-20 mins or max half an hour and then goes off. So I am not sure about the reason behind it. I am 5'11'' tall and weigh 75 kgs with athletic physique. I used to visit gym regularly but from past 2 weeks I am not able to gym regularly due to office work. Last time I visited it was 3 days ago, I didnt find any pain during my gym session. There is no specific timing or activity that leads me to the back pain.Kindly help me to understand this condition better and suggest what further steps need to be taken.

Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications..Regards.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  It looks like its a problem related to bad posture. You need to maintain good posture while sitting and standing and also while sleeping. You can take a tab. Myospaz-th twice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month. Tab. Shelcal HD once a day after food for a month.  Tab. Hello.......your pain could be due to muscle spasm.. Heavy weight lifting is a common cause of back spasms. Any activity that puts excessive strain on the muscles and ligaments in the lower back can cause an injury... So for time being don't lift weights, do stretching exercises... Physiotherapy may help in your case...
