Occaisonly Mild Pain in Left testical

I was having problem while pee and my penis top was burning and area around penis was having pain i was feeling conjusted around testicle area I got my self Checked By A surgeon he gave me some medication like Antibiotic and Some Pain Killer And Syrup and advised me For a Urine test and Ultra Sound. In 1st urine test my Pus Cell Wal 6-8 but After Medictaion My Pus Cell Was 1-2 and report was Normal I am Feeling better. From 2-3 days i am feeling Like My Left Testicle is Hanging Much Lower Compare to Right Testicle and I Have a slight pain Which Occur sometimes i will Prefer to say It is Very Low Pain apart From This I Dont feel Any Other Problem In My Right Testies. Should i visit my Doctor again Please Guide Me further.
