I am suffering from OSA since 2016. Doctor suggest me for CPAP machine. Any other options for my treatment because I am not using CPAP machine now.

Sir to suggest u an effective treatment, u need to give a detailed history and examination and also do some tests so as to arrive at a proper diagnosis and extend of ua pathology.

You will need to come down to meet me for a proper clinical assessment of your sleep apnoea. Surgery by an ENT Surgeon specially trained to treat sleep-disordered breathing is the only other option for you.
