How much of setralin per day I can take?
I have OCD and setralin worked as 25 mg/ day. It worked really great but again I had to increase the dose after 2 weeks. This happened many times that every 2 weeks I had to increase the dose as increasing dose gives effect only for 2 weeks then again I feel stressed and OCD as before. Currently I am at max dose of 200 mg but effect has diminished.

Sertraline max dose for OCD is 300...when it helps in partial response then we augment it's action with other medications
