Observed nerve bulge on my baby forehead

My son is 3.5months old, from One week I have observed nerve bulge on forehead (recently he got dehydrated due to diarrhoea and recovered) which is passing from soft tissue to forehead. I have consulted doctor and she said it's normal(prominent) still I am worried. Is that really normal?

It may not be nerve.  Its a vein and it is normal in some patients to have prominent vessels. Pls do check with a paediatrician.
