Observd Blood while doing toilet.

Hi, I have observed blood while doing toilet. Blood dropping was like water dropping. Stomach feels like tight stomach. And intermittent gases release. I took omee table to reduce acid reflux but still observe blood in toilet. Food ate past two days are Chiken and bad pineapple juice tasting bad. There is no any comb at anal side.
