I have a very lazy life schedule as an IT professional. Whole day I work in the office and I do not perform any other physical activity. Can Swimming help me to reduce weight? My height is 155. And Weight is 110KG. Swimming for twice a day can help me to reduce weight or not? How much I can reduce in 1 month?

Hi Swimming is definitely a good physical activity which focus of fat loss. But you shouldn't just target that. Make sure you eat right as 80% diet plays role in giving you a weight loss result. you can lose upto 4kg in a month with good healthy diet and activity combination.

You are a very young woman it's still a long way to go, lazy jobs are in the mind. You weight for height certainly calls for a strict physical exercise and disciplined diet schedule. Secondly It jobs meaning sitting job more u sit more u gain calories. So have a walk for 5 to min e ery 1 hrs of desk work set a reminder for the same. Drink plenty of water sleep before 11pm atleast for 7 hrs. Swimming twin e a week means u shld also eat twice a week isn't it. I like body derives energy from food we eat, it also craves for physical movement else it makes us heavy day by day. U shld have a regular fitness exercise plan.

Give up maida/refinedflour based foods, too much of salty snacks or sugarry drinks and desserts. Red meats, wine, alcohol, smoke. This will automatically help u give up many foods that u usually eat at work. Switch to veggies sprouts days nuts and fruits and whole cereals.
