I am 92 kg and height is 5.7 I have irregular periods and am planning for pregnancy. Can I have a normal healthy pregnancy despite my obesity? I have been trying hard to lose weight but it is prov6to be very difficult

You should loose weight before pregnancy,need to find out the cause of obesity ie pcod, metabolism syndrome, thyroid, it will make  easier for you to reduce weight, eat healthy balanced diet, avoid junk food,do regular exercises,yoga, avoid stress

Hi  . There. are chances of  Diabetes in preg due to obesity .  It is better you start proper tt of Pcos and obesity before planning .
