Oats is good or bad for weight loss

Hello doctors, this is varun from chennai, for past two months I'm going gym for weight loss and I'm taking diet as instructed by my trainer. He suggest me to take oat meal as breakfast, but people in my office advise me not to take oats meal as breakfast since its contains incredients which is not suitable for the health. I'm confused with these two suggestions so kindly help me out. Awaiting your reply

Hello, Firstly, your gym trainers are not dietitians as they may give diets that are not valid. You can have oats for breakfast along with some dates or fruits. Have twice to thrice times a week it won't harm you.

Hello Oast is good but daily u cannot take Need variation in diet and you should consult qualified dietician/ and relevent person gym trainer are not dietitian or in your ofc they also not dietitian? Contact directly through practo and provide full history so we can guid u scientifically
