Hello I have problems a lot but right now I am getting tiredness decreased appetite and I have spaced out spots everywhere on my body and pains in my chest and boobs is there any ideas on what this could be ASAP

If you have started using something new then immediately stop its use and start with anti allergic medication like levocetrizine once daily for 5 days.
