3 days back i felt light pain in my upper abdomen.. because of my bad sitting position.. after some time i noticed that area became numb.. coin size area is numb.. there is no swelling.. no pain .. n tingling occurs for 5 minutes , 3-4 times a day.. i think my nerve is pinched.. how to recover it.. i am 7 months pregnant
