Numbness in right hand little finger

I started exercising for my right frozen shoulder for 3 days and have been given a break and from past 2-3 days my right hand little finger is feeling numb and little tingling is there. Please give me a solution for this.

Consult Now
There might be a compression of nerve somewhere along the course. If it is only at your little finger, then compression can be at your wrist level. You have to consult a Pain management physician or orthopedician to examine thoroughly.
