I am having a little numbness in both my feet below ankle and it is on and off along with headache. Bp is 130/80 hr 80.

Bp n pulse normal so nothing related to that , get ur serum vit b 12 done , maybe of nervous origin  n for headache u can take painkillers , if still not improve u can consult me free of cost just ping me
