This happens when there's constant and severe pressure on ur nerves of the neck which results in numbness and tingling.
Can occur due to your bad posture or mainly if u have sitting job for several hours.
Chin tucks is the basic movement to help decrease the pressure from your neck region. (If this doesn't happen, will have to figure out other movements)
Your posture plays a significant role here..constant bending of your neck will develop this problem more, at times try looking up on ceiling to break your posture.
