I had my tooth implant 3 days back; there is numbness in my right side part (lips, teeth and cheek); doctor advised to take nurokind plus tablet but I still don't see any change? Is this a permanent issue or will be normal again? I'm worried about this please suggest any medication I can take to get back to normal.

They could be multiple reasons why you are having this. Plz share an x ray with your implant Continue taking the medicines

Get CBCT done of the same tooth under guidance of respective doctor..there are some mishaps which may lead to blood clot formation at base of implant which may pressurise nerve and lead to numbness

Continue with the medication advised by your doctor. Normally numbness is temporary. Do get a cbct done of that region to check.
