3 month pregnant nt is 3.2 mm lower lying placenta is it is abnormalities for baby... my first baby has spina bifida is 4 years old please reply asap

NT is raised needs further evaluation. Do dual marker and go for NIPT. Previous baby is affected that's why it's necessary to go for anomaly scan at 20 weeks at a good centre.
