Not yet talking

My son is very active child. He started with few words at 11 months age. He stopped using them later. Now he is 2.6 years old with zero words. I am very much worried. I and my husband are working. He do not have anyone else at home. We consulted pediatrician when he was 20 months old. He suggested to talk more to him. It is too early to say if he is having speech delay or something else. Please help

You should have to give time to your child...communication is most important....talk to him...ask him while playing... You can make him to talk while playing...

If child started speaking some word and then stop it and now not speaking any words then this child need some attention and speech therapy. Yes you can do activity and learning session at hime but child is 2.6 years so better you do this therapy under expert guidance

S he needs stimulation , lack of stimulation eye to eye contact  decrese affection towards electronic gadgets. Speak to him don't respond or give options of words when he try to express by hand gestures. More and more eye to eye contact and stimulation.
