I'm a 27 year old female got married 4 months back had my period 45 days back 2 weeks back I had few drops of blood stain I assumed it to be my period however I didn't bleed..again after 2 weeks I'm seeing spotting not sure if it's periods

Do a urine pregnancy test and check..if u get two lines you are pregnant..and since you hv had irregular spotting..do an ultrasound
