Not sure suffering from anixity

I have done all test TMT 2decho  test all nromal. Also I was admite  in hospital due to hypertension . I am taking BP medicine. Now I am feeling pain in the left solder and also body pain and sometimes feel chest pain. But not getting what is the exact problem with me could please suggest me.

Hi Need more information to help you.. Why did you get admitted... Why did you get TMT  2decho done... Was it for similar complains of chest pain n heaviness in shoulder? After discharge also ur symptoms continuing? Were you evaluated by psychiatrist during hospital stay as tests came normal ...? We need to know other symtomatology ... Any other underlying anxiety symtoms, depression symtoms and  how r biological functions  . The symtoms your describing can be part of anxiety ( After all tests normal also ur not able to stop worrying) and after assessment we can clear your doubts more precisely.
