Not sure if dog bite occurred, advice?

I go for walks regularly and often see stray dogs. They usually pass by without incident, and I’ve never felt any bite, scratch, or pain. However, I start overthinking afterward—feeling like I might have been bitten or scratched without noticing, even when there's no bleeding or wound. This leads to anxiety and fear about rabies. I would like to know: Is it possible to get bitten or scratched without feeling it? Is there any rabies risk if there’s no visible injury? How can I manage this anxiety? Is therapy or medication recommended? Please guide me. Thank you.

Getting scratched or bitten, without your notice, is not possible. If you still feel like you might have been bitten or scratched without noticing, even when there's no bleeding or wound, the best way is to get a preventive rabies vaccination.
Next Steps
visit to nearby clinic / hospital request to get a preventive rabies vaccination done.
