Hi
It seems like you are going through a lot .
But , believe me , this is not the end of the world even though it seems so now .
It may help you to :
- make a list of your problems . For eg: no job , family issues
- write down the possible ways of sorting them out
- take one step at a time
- choose the simplest and most appropriate solution
- device an action plan on how you are going to go about it
It will help you if you think about your difficulties objectively and focus on finding a solution .
There are things that you can do yourself to help your mood like exercising, cultivating a hobby, reading self help books.
Please do not hesitate to contact your psychiatrist urgently if you are suffering from one or more of the below mentioned symptoms for more than 2 weeks :
-You feel depressed or low for most of the time during the day
-Have lost interest in things you used to enjoy earlier
-Feel hopeless about future
-Feel that life is not worth living and have thoughts of ending your life.
