My child is 5yrs 10 month old . She's pooing every 5 or 6 days. It's frequently happened. Can I give her milk of magnesia? And suggest doses

Is the child toilet trained? Most commonly constipation occurs in this age group because of problems with toilet training Make sure you give 2-3 liters waters per day, plenty of raw vegetables and fruits and green leafy vegetables Kindly consult if need assistance with toilet training

Include fibre rich foods in diet, vegetables and fruits. Increase water intake minimum 8-9 glasses of water per day. For stat use one dulcolex suppository can be given.
