Not losing weight despite all cautions

I have an underlying issue of lower back pain and sciatica since over a year and am doing stretching on regular basis. As my physician had told me to lose some weight, I am working on that as well by walking for around 6 to 8 k steps (calculated by Google Fit App) daily on an average. With regards to diet also, I keep a strict watch and rarely consume oily or fried food. Still I am unable to lose weight. After very rigorous routine of 3 months I had lost merely 2-3 kgs, but I regained that soon after. I don't have thyroid imbalance too. Please suggest me some supplement which is safe and does help me. 🙏🙏

U can go for panchakarma therapies or u can use triphala guggulu ,with proper restricted diet. N regular exercise, otherwise no medicine canwork ,plz try to manage

Please take castor oil 1 tbsp every night, after food. Take oil and immediately drink warm water to settle the oil down in your stomach and to avoid nausea. This will help you reduce weight. Panchkarma... Go through yog basti with tripahala basti. This will also help. Half an hour aerobic exercises and half an hour brisk walk, every morning, empty stomach will help.

You should take triphala gugula 2tds for a month and observe for weight loss. If it work then continue for 6 month.
