Men's world is always work, business, outside world. They mostly decide logical and gives less focus on emotional. On the other side women wants everything as emotional. This  approach at times conflicts in many married relationships. Speak to him about this problem openly at appropriate times. Else go for a marriage counseling

Talk to him,he may be busy or u get him wrong.Some time we dont understand the problems of others and think only about our own problems.
